Summary You will serve as a Program Assistant (OA) for the staff of COMUSNAVEUR-COMSIXTHFLEET SEA; Commander, U.S. Naval Forces Africa (CNA); and Commander, U.S. SIXTH Fleet (C6F) Headquarters, and subordinate commands in various locations throughout the area of responsibility. Responsibilities You will provide direct support to the program analyst, program manager and/or program office by organizing, collecting, analyzing and presenting information related to the current and future program/project workload for organizations You will assist in the preparation of the program management documents, such as the Program Objective Memorandum, ensuring that inputs are updated as needed. You will prepare reports for higher level employees describing problems that are recurring or causing significant delays or costs, the corrective actions needed or taken, and the need for additional time or resources.
