Job Brief
We're looking for a Program Associate to support the Manager in running day-to-day program operations while also leading the program's outreach, storytelling, and digital presence. This is a hybrid role for someone who can switch between fieldwork, documentation, and creative communication with equal energy.
Responsibilities
Program Support
- Assist the Manager with family assessments, training coordination, and follow-ups
- Maintain records, attendance, and documentation for every cohort
- Coordinate with trainers, partners, and beneficiaries on scheduling and logistics
- Help track budgets, expenses, and reporting inputs
Marketing & Outreach
- Build and run the program's social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok)
