**MANTECH** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Program Control Analyst** to join our team in **Lexington Park, MD** . This is a fully **remote** position.
**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**
+ Develop plans, including budgets and schedules, to meet contractual and project requirements for an assigned portion of a program.
+ Interface with program management, responding to their requests for financial data and acting as a key expert on financial analysis issues, concerns, and special projects.
+ Build, maintain, and manage forecasting models (EACs/ETCs) by gathering inputs from project managers and advising on how various operational decisions affect contract revenue, direct labor, profit, and remaining funding.
+ Monitor and report performance against plans to ensure that contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met while alerting management to significant variances.
