Location: Garden City| Schedule: Full Time 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday| Status: Non-Exempt, $32.97/hour
The Opportunity
FCA is seeking a Program Coordinator to oversee our Health Home, Non-Medicaid, and Youth & Family Integration Case Management programs. The Program Coordinator provides support, guidance, and supervision to staff, ensures service provision and documentation meet regulatory requirements, and capacity and reimbursement is optimized.
