Job Description
The Program Design Specialist is responsible for supporting the end-to-end execution, tracking, and monitoring of offline marketing activities, on-ground initiatives, and channel-driven programs. The role ensures accurate documentation, budget alignment, program coordination, and compliance with brand and channel strategies. This position requires strong analytical capability, creativity in designing program mechanics, and high attention to detail to support efficient and compliant execution.
1. Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of all channel and brand programs, including documentation, work plan recommendations, approvals, stock allocation, and cascading guidelines.
