Support Program Manager in Cleanroom and other MedTech accounts.
Work closely with internal and external in meeting customer expectations.
Project management for new onboarding customers.
Verify customer's stated details or submit proposal for customer's approval:

  • Quotations, planning, and execution 
  • Setup BOM, eSOP, Product Code, 
  • Establish specifications, drawings, medical device's cleanliness requirements
  • Arrange for pre/post bioburden tests
  • Materials' requirement and specification
  • Medical device details: Packaging, labeling material / method
