Position : Program Executive/Coordinator (Manufacturing / Customer Service) Location : North East - Tai Seng Drive Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.00am to 5.45pm Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4,500 + Up to 2 Months Variable Bonus + Annual Leave + Medical & Dental Benefits Duration : Permanent Industry : Manufacturing
Main Responsibilities: Support daily program coordination from customer order/demand to delivery follow-up. Handle customer enquiries, quotations, sales support matters, and order status updates. Coordinate with internal teams on production schedules, material readiness, delivery issues, and documentation. Track program progress, shortages, bottlenecks, and outstanding actions to ensure timely fulfilment. Prepare reports, trackers, dashboards, and management updates for program and operational visibility. Support quotation, cost estimate, ECN, RMA, and related customer service activities.
