We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Lead to drive strategic initiatives in the Digital and Cards Banking domain within a leading banking environment.
What we are looking for- Strong experience in Digital Banking & Cards Banking (mandatory)
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong techno functional understanding (business + technology alignment, not purely technical)
- Experience in program governance and stakeholder management
- Strong hands‑on experience with MS Project for planning and tracking
You will lead end‑to‑end program execution, ensure strong governance, manage cross‑functional teams, and drive successful delivery of key banking initiatives.
