Roles and Responsibilities
Ensure timely & smooth product launches across Motorcycle & Commercial Vehicle platform. Own all Project management aspects from conception onwards & drive it through development, testing, acceptance & adoption to launch. Work with multiple stakeholders (Component Development / Purchase / Quality / Manufacturing Plants / R&D / Service / Marketing / Sales / International Business Unit etc.) to sharpen project scope, resource alignment,delivery timelines to achieve strategic objectives of organization. Monitor / Report / Escalate issues to Management or respective functional heads, handle these, and subsequently plan for solutions while adhering with strict delivery deadlines. Document project status and prepare content for senior-management level Product Review meetings. Communicate, collaborate & work effectively with multiple / Cross-functional teams to identify & solve pain-points.
