Job Description:
ProgramManagersareresponsibleforallfacetsofagivenprogram,includingthoroughandtimelycorrespondenceandcoordinationwithourcustomers,salesteams,andallinternaldepartments.Thesuccessfulcandidatewillberesults-driven,highlyorganized,andmotivatedtoprovidetotalcustomersatisfaction.
PrimaryDutiesandResponsibilities:
- Developscopeofworkdocumentationtokickoffnewprojects.
- Developtimelinesandprojectbudgets.
- Participateincustomerdesignreviewsandobtaindesignapprovals.
- Followprojectprogressinalldepartmentsandprovidecustomerupdates.
- Assuretiming,quality,andcostgoalsareconsistentlymet.
- Participateininternalequipmentvalidationprocessesandcustomerequipmentbuy-offevents.
- Obtainequipmentapprovalsandcustomerbuy-off.
- Coordinateshipping,installation,commissioning,andacceptanceatcustomerfacilities.
