Summary:
In a High Reliability Organization, the Program Manager Bariatric, reporting to the senior most Quality Management leader of the Ministry, is responsible for support of the Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery Accreditation Program of the hospitals assigned. This individual will demonstrate their expertise in quality management and performance improvement through the development, implementation, coordination, and maintenance of Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery standards, outcome reporting, or internal auditing requirements as specified by certification and accrediting agencies. Manages and meets the Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery Accreditation and Quality Improvement Program (MBSAQIP) standards and regulatory standards.
