Insight Global is seeking a Program Manager to support aerospace production programs across our customers Southern California facilities. This role is ideal for a Program Manager who deeply understands machining, metallic manufacturing, and aerospace hardware, and can effectively drive program execution from estimating through production. While customer communication is an important part of this role, product and manufacturing knowledge are more critical. The Program Manager will partner closely with manufacturing, engineering, and operations teams to ensure programs are executed efficiently, risks are mitigated early, and commitments are met on cost, schedule, and quality.
