Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead large, multi‑stakeholder digital transformation programmes in process manufacturing (e.g., chemicals, pharmaceuticals, oil & gas, FMCG, metals). The role will focus on end‑to‑end delivery of Digital Twin initiatives—from strategy and roadmap definition to implementation and value realization—across plants, supply chains, and enterprise systems.
The ideal candidate combines strong programme governance, manufacturing domain expertise, and hands‑on experience delivering Digital Twin solutions leveraging IIoT, advanced analytics, simulation, and OT‑IT integration.
