Job Description
Bachelor's degree - 5+ years of program or project management experience - 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience - 5+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience - Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.) - Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Be able to conduct multiple projects at the same time directly and indirectly with different levels of complexity and extensions;
- Coach your team in order to prioritize tasks to optimize results, creating value in the long-term;
- Challenge current status-quo of the existing mechanisms in order to create a continuous improvement environment;
- Influence your team and others to create new procedures and processes.
