About the role
Our client is seeking an experienced Head of Program Delivery to lead a large-scale Human Capital Management System transformation program. This senior leadership role is responsible for the successful delivery of multiple program workstreams, ensuring business outcomes, milestones, budgets, and benefits are achieved.
You will provide strategic leadership across the program, oversee delivery teams and Senior Project Managers, and act as the key delivery advisor to executive stakeholders.
