Job Description
**Amentum** is seeking to hire a Program Manager support our team working OCONUS. The PM shall be responsible for all aspects of the deployment and management of contractor support personnel.
+ Fully coordinate and collaborate on all tasks, activities, requirements, and issues as they pertains to the support of the customer.
+ Identify issues and adapt program plans according to the customer’s feedback on the program cost, performance, quality, schedule, and risk.
+ Develop plans and schedules, and define and document the implementation of requirements.
+ Use established program management procedures to monitor cost, schedule, and performance: assess variances of the plan and take necessary corrective action.
+ Review and clarify the customer’s contract requirements and needs as they are dispensed from the customer’s requirements management tool and propose cleared, qualified personnel to expeditiously fulfill the requirements.
