This role plays a critical part in successfully launching new field teams and partners into emerging markets by ensuring operational readiness, professional onboarding, and strong program support. The ideal candidate understands how to evaluate a new market, enable partners and sales teams quickly, and connect corporate program teams with field execution. This individual will track field KPIs, remove operational friction, and ensure growth happens in a controlled, scalable, and compliant way—without breaking the customer or partner experience.
