Job Description
Gelganyem Land Management is seeking an experienced and capable Program Manager to lead day-to-day land management operations across seed collection, weed control and related environmental services in the East Kimberley. This is a full-time, 12-month fixed-term role based in Kununurra at our facility at River Farm Road and servicing the surrounding region and Argyle Diamond Mine rehabilitation program.
This role is well suited to someone with strong operational leadership skills, experience managing field-based teams, and the ability to work effectively in a cross-cultural environment while delivering high-quality environmental outcomes.
