• Lead agile ceremonies, such as daily stand-ups, sprint plannings, backlog refinements, retrospectives, and demos. • Provide support using a servant-leadership style, facilitate discussions and decision making in meetings, and resolve team impediments at multiple levels of an organization.
• Coach teams in their journey to Agile, support their self-organization and agile methodology knowledge growth.
• Maintain proactive and open communications, horizontally and vertically, to drive transparency and clarity on achievements, plans, and risks.
• Support and actively work to create a collaborative, friendly, close-knit team environment.
