Qualifications
- Immediate, open position
- $90,000 - $125,000 annual compensation
- Completion of university degree in engineering or a related field required
- 3-5 years of related experience managing programs in a production/manufacturing environment required
- Previous experience with GD&T required
- Strong moulding process knowledge (RIM, TPO, EPP) an asset
- Knowledge of tool construction is an asset
- Ability to read part drawings
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
- Self-starter and willing to take on new challenges
- Effective organization skills and ability to manage a heavy workload
- Problem solving and decision-making skills to deal with issues as they arise
- Negotiation/persuasion skills
- Ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Regular travel required. Valid passport and driver’s license required
