+ Serve as the Program Manager responsible for overseeing a large, complex enterprise DevSecOps environment supporting federal client operations.
+ Act as the primary interface between the client and technical teams, ensuring contractual deliverables, performance metrics, and SLA compliance.
+ Manage multiple Agile/Scrum teams across pipeline engineering, application security, platform operations, QA automation, and service desk functions.
+ Coordinate delivery across hybrid estate platforms including Azure, AWS, on-premises middleware, and mainframe systems.
