About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on leader to manage a hybrid team of Project Managers and Business Analysts. In this role, you will bridge the gap between our technical IT teams (Developers, Infrastructure) and our business units (Field Operations, Sales, Customer Service).You will ensure that business requirements are accurately captured by your BAs and that IT initiatives are delivered on time by your PMs. Your primary goal is to build a high-performing delivery engine that implements technology solutions.Job Responsibilities:
