Program Manager

Job Purpose:

The Program Manager serves as the strategic and operational cornerstone for one of Hy-Tek's most important client accounts. This role owns the full lifecycle of complex, multi-workstream deployments — from planning and resource alignment through successful execution — while serving as the primary bridge between Hy-Tek's internal teams and the client's leadership. This role will collaborate with Hy-Tek leadership, Account Manager, OEM partners, and the client. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Program Leadership

Provide overall direction and leadership to cross-functional teams of technicians, parts support, coordinators, and delivery drivers supporting assigned client programs.

Serve as the senior point of accountability for all project deliveries within the assigned account portfolio.

Act as a lead within projects as needed, providing coaching, and mentoring to develop team capability.
