Summary You will serve as a Program Manager in the Shore Programs Department (Code 70) of NAVMAC. Responsibilities You will serve as the Department Head for the Shore Programs Department (Code 70), leading a diverse staff of over 130 military and civil service personnel across multiple locations. You will formulate, implement, and provide administrative oversight for the Navy's Shore Manpower Requirements Determination (SMRD) program, ensuring alignment with Total Force Manpower (TFM) objectives. You will act as the primary subject matter expert and leading advisor to command leadership on all SMRD-related matters, with a special focus on the determination of Navy medical shore manpower requirements.
