Job Description
The Program Manager(NPI) manages and coordinates new customer projects, transfer projects, sustaining engineering support, and site/company Continuous Improvement Projects. Program Manager works directly with Customers, and closely with Sales Team, Quoting Team, Site Manufacturing/Engineering/Quality Teams, and Customer Service Team to drive projects from award through validation and into production.
Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for customer programs from award through production launch
- Deliver new projects through all phases of development and production to meet company on time delivery, quality and profitability expectations
- Develop and maintain project plans, communication plans, action trackers for allprojects
