**Program Manager PTA – Outpatient – BDB Rehab**

**Setting:** Assisted Living, Independent Living, Lovely Community - Work with higher functioning residents
**Schedule:** Monday to Friday, No Weekends/Evenings
**Pay:** state range $25 to $40 per hour
