Summary This position is located in the Philadelphia Passport Agency (CA/PPT/PA). This position serves as a Program Manager, with a working title of Director and contributes toward the directorate's policy guidance efforts by leading the Passport Agency. Conducts public relations with the media, travel industry, and citizen groups on issues regarding travel identification policies, international travel standards, and airline and border processing requirements concerning national security.
