* Manage all phases of roadway and utility infrastructure programs—from planning and design through construction and closeout.
* Highway Design & Construction:
* Oversee roadway geometry, pavement design, drainage systems, and traffic control plans.
* Ensure compliance with FDOT and municipal standards during design and construction phases.

* Coordinate water, sewer, stormwater, and other utility systems within roadway projects.
