Our Client, a Consumer Goods company, is looking for a Program Manager – Technology M&A for their Remote location. Responsibilities:
+ The Technology M&A Program Manager will serve as the end to end delivery lead for technology integration and separation activities related to the Kenvue acquisition.
+ This role is accountable for ensuring all technology commitments are clearly defined, sequenced, governed, and delivered on time, while managing interdependencies across business, IT, and external partners.
+ This individual will act as the single point of orchestration across multiple technology workstreams (ERP, Commercial, Supply Chain, R&D, HR, Finance, Legal, Data & Analytics, Infrastructure, Security, Integrations), driving disciplined execution, risk management, and executive transparency throughout Day 1, and post close phases.
