Position Summary
Effectual Program Managers are members of the Project Management Office within Effectual Professional Services (PS) organization. They are responsible for ensuring that Effectual’s customers receive exceptional service that leverages the full breadth of Effectual’s experience, expertise, and execution capabilities. Program Managers oversee all delivery activities for their assigned engagements across the full portfolio of offerings Effectual provides and are accountable for driving successful project outcomes on time and within budget. They develop strong working relationships with customers and collaborate with Account Executives, Solution Architects, and senior members of Effectual’s PS organization to deliver consistent, high-quality results. You are a “Brand Ambassador” and are expected to advocate for achieving our customer’s defined outcomes through the delivery of our services.
