:TikTok's Program Operations team is responsible for delivering high-quality, efficient, and effective B2B experiences for major partners and internal stakeholders. The team supports global media businesses through program management, operational infrastructure, process development, and cross-functional coordination. We are looking for a Program Operations Intern to support the team in the Sports vertical across content partnership programs, tentpole initiatives, growth projects, and operational workflows. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, curious about media and digital platforms, and interested in learning how global programs are built, managed, and scaled. The intern will assist with day-to-day program operations, research projects, stakeholder coordination, documentation, and reporting.
