We focus on hiring process excellence, interview evaluation, and hiring compliance to enable hiring teams to operate with clarity and precision while continuously improving how we hire.
Responsibilities
- End-to-End Case Management
- Manage background check cases from initiation to completion, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and policy adherence.
- Proactively identify and resolve case issues, escalations, or inconsistencies.
- Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination
- Partner closely with recruiters, candidates and external vendors to ensure smooth execution and clear communication.
- Act as a key point of contact to drive alignment and maintain service quality.
