Summary This position is located at VA Finger Lakes Healthcare System in Bath, NY or Canandaigua, NY. The incumbent's responsibility is to provide leadership and assume continuing responsibility for the development, implementation, coordination, maintenance, and evaluation of the TMS and educational databases. This includes integrated programs that cross services, disciplines, facility and organizational lines to influence organizational mission, vision, values, and strategic priorities. Responsibilities Major Duties: Serves as a primary contact and advocate for the Talent Management System (TMS; Troubleshoots user issues with passwords, log in, change/reset passwords and unlocks accounts for TMS users; determines system and technical complications; Coordinates, assists, and/or supports local Finger Lakes Health Care System training events Develops orientation schedules and with the primary coordinator of their orientation requirements.
