Job Summary:
Directly oversees programs supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) and, as applicable, with individuals with I/DD and cooccurring behavioral/mental health issues, who may be in crisis. Maintains overall responsibility for providing staff training, mentoring and supervision of 10-25 direct and/or in-direct reports, or based on program needs. The Program Supervisor works in a multi-disciplinary team environment with the clinical team and direct support staff/Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to develop and implement individualized, person-centered plans for the people we support.
