Job Description
As part of our energetic and talented Customer Care team, you will support the administration, coordination, and delivery of United Way’s Impact Speaker Program, while also supporting Days of Caring and other Facilitated Engagement activities during the busy campaign season. These programs help strengthen community engagement, build understanding of United Way’s impact, and create meaningful experiences that support workplace campaigns, donor engagement, volunteerism, and community impact. This role works collaboratively with internal teams, volunteers, workplace and community stakeholders and is responsible for volunteer coordination, scheduling, communications, data tracking, reporting, and program delivery logistics. The position supports workplace campaign speaker requests, facilitated engagement opportunities, and related engagement events and activities. This position reports to the Program Lead, Engagement Facilitation.
