The Programme Coordinator (Active Ageing Centre) will support the centre’s operations, focusing on program planning, delivery, coordination of befriending and buddying services, and the promotion of preventive health practices.
Responsibilities- Program Planning and Execution: Plan, organize, and implement programs and activities that align with funding Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to enhance the social and healthcare aspects for seniors.
- Community Development: Engage seniors and the broader community to foster community building efforts, encouraging active participation and social integration among seniors.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation and records necessary for program monitoring and prepare reports for submission as required.
