We are seeking a Programme Development Lead to join our Home Energy West Yorkshire team to cover maternity leave - an exciting opportunity to contribute to one of the Combined Authority’s top strategic priorities: retrofitting homes to cut carbon emissions by 2038. Reporting to the Head of Home Energy West Yorkshire, you will lead the development of policies and programmes that enable effective delivery of net‑zero and climate‑resilient outcomes through domestic retrofit, helping ensure that everyone in West Yorkshire can live in a warm, comfortable and low‑carbon home.
