Job Description

Location: Bukit Batok Job Category: Administration Posting Date: 24 Dec 2025 Job Responsibilities OBJECTIVE(S)
  • To support the work of the Active Ageing Centre (AAC) and assist in fulfilling the objectives of the AAC and its intended purposes as stipulated by the AIC/MOH and management.
  • To engage the community seniors living within the vicinity of Bukit Batok Nursing Home.
  • To keep the community seniors healthy and independent in the community as long as possible.
  • To refer the community seniors to appropriate healthcare services or agencies as required.
  • ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
2.1 Programmes and Activities
  • To conduct outreach activities to know our seniors in the assigned service boundary, and to support any outreach events and programmes.
  • To conduct/support the implementation of active ageing programmes for the targeted seniors, and encourage active participation from the seniors. <...
