Programme Manager – Climate Action Fund
Location: UK flexible (hybrid, home and office) Salary: £39,496 to £42,257 per annum (plus ILW, if residing & working in London) Hours: 35 per week Contract: Permanent
Hosted and supported by the VCS Emergencies Partnership within the British Red Cross, this role exists as part of an innovative, collaborative team that brings together five roles from three different organisations.
The Programme Manager has responsibility for oversight, collaboration and progress of our work, while other team members focus on training, delivery, policy and communications.
The Programme Manager coordinates delivery of a high‑profile, UK‑wide programme focused on climate resilience, ensuring effective planning, delivery and collaboration between partners and supporting an approach that centres communities experiencing discrimination and disadvantage.
