A fast-growing professional services group is seeking a UK Programme Manager to lead the integration of newly acquired businesses. The organisation is experiencing accelerated growth and is building out its UK integration capability. This is a newly created role within a growing integration team and offers the opportunity to shape process, influence stakeholders, and play a key role in business transformation.
The Role
- Take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of UK acquisition integrations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and aligned to governance standards.
- Working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, you will adapt an existing integration playbook to suit each acquisition’s unique needs- from legacy systems and operational models to cultural and stakeholder dynamics.
