Job Description
Project Implementation Support:
• Assist in managing project implementation activities, working closely with the project manager.
• Actively participate in the full system development lifecycle (SDLC), including analysis & design, coding, and testing.
Expert System Support:
• Provide expert-level technical support for our Smart/IoT and AI systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Collaborate effectively with a diverse team, including developers, data engineers, security professionals, operations teams (DevOps, DataOps, MLOps), and business unit executives.
• Work together to identify and implement innovative use cases.
Documentation & Knowledge Sharing:
• Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, including testing cases, maintenance guides, and user guides.
