- Demonstrated managerial courage, able to challenge assumptions and state professional opinions in the long‑term interest of the business.
- Self‑driven, proactive, and comfortable operating in a matrixed regional environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, and common project management tools.
- Comfortable working with technical documentation and engineering‑driven teams.
- Willing and able to travel within APAC as required (approx. 10–20%).
