What You’ll Do
+ Process progress and final billings for construction jobs.
+ Set up new jobs, budgets, labor rates, and related data in Spectrum.
+ Review and update project reports, including CSRs and Overview Reports.
+ Partner closely with Project Managers, accounting, and leadership.
+ Assist with contractor tax statements and audit support as needed.
