JOB DESCRIPTION
- Maintain financial control over security systems and managed services projects, including budgeting, cost tracking, and forecasting.
- Monitor project costs, commitments, variations, and margins to ensure profitability.
- Prepare monthly project financial reports, variance analysis, and management dashboards.
- Coordinate with Project Managers on cost control, revenue recognition, and project performance.
- Manage project billing, including progress invoices, AMC billing, variations, and final accounts.
- Track contract values, change orders, and ensure accurate revenue recognition in line with IFRS.
