- Issuance of purchase request and delivery order.
- Entering data and information from source documents within time limits.
- Document control on engineering drawings
- Schedule meetings and file minutes
- Tracking and record keeping of spares and equipment
- Provide all administrative support required by project team
- Coordinating project flow following project manager’s instruction
- Assist in documentation and filing of artefacts for audit purposes
- Manage and update all submission documents and liaise with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Undertake any other ad‑hoc projects/duties assigned
- Minimum GCE O Level.
- Basic Microsoft Excel skills and computer literacy are required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook is a plus
