About the job Project Administrator (Changi Airport) Responsibilities
- Organise and maintain project documents, files and correspondence.
- Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, preparation of materials, minute-taking and tracking action items.
- Track project issues, RFIs/RFAs and ensure timely closure of outstanding matters.
- Support ad-hoc project meetings and activities as required.
- Minimum Diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or related fields.
- 3–5 years experience in construction or project administration.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Able to understand project timelines such as Gantt Charts.
- Familiar with construction documentation, contract administration and authority submissions.
