Job Description
The Project Analyst supports the successful delivery of strategic enterprise initiatives. This role ensures effective project governance, reporting, and coordination across a portfolio of high-impact programs. Working closely with the Program Director, this position plays a key role in enabling executive decision-making through timely insights, risk management, and delivery assurance.
The role reports to the Project Director, based in Melbourne, Australia.
* This is a fixed-term contract with a duration of 12 months.

Project Coordination & Governance
- Support the Program Director in managing the company's strategic project portfolio
- Maintain and enhance project governance frameworks, templates, and reporting tools
