Job Description
As a Project & Process Engineer, you will play a key role in driving continuous improvement initiatives and managing operational projects within the Belgian site. You will contribute to process optimization, industrial performance, and the transition towards Industry 4.0.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Defining and implementing the Continuous Improvement (CI) strategy in collaboration with site management
- Leading and managing operational projects from design to implementation
- Developing, analyzing, and optimizing industrial processes to improve efficiency and productivity
- Collecting and analyzing data to support performance improvements and decision-making
- Designing, testing, and implementing new or improved processes
- Supporting automation and Industry 4.0 initiatives
