Job Description
Responsibilities
- Plans and conducts minor modifications to complete working drawing sets.
- Monitors design process from ideation to construction administration to ensure consistency of design idea.
- Performs assignments and arrives at solutions by receiving instructions on assignment objectives.
- Ensure compliance of construction detail documentation to quality control and best practices.
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
- Graduate of BS Architecture with license.
- With at least 3 years of experience in construction.
- Knowledgeable in architectural standards, building codes, and AutoCAD operation.
- Proficient in using various Microsoft software applications.
