Job Description
- Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience as an architectural profession, including at least 5 years on projects of similar scale and complexity, particularly major buildings construction works and deep excavation. Relevant experience including design work
- Possess a degree in architecture or recognized degree in the relevant field by the BOA of Singapore or possess an equivalent recognised accreditation acceptable to the OIC
- Successfully completed at least one (1) project through the construction and handover stages
- Strong technical background with experience in project management and site coordination, preferably in large scale civil and infrastructure work and multi-disciplinary construction projects
- Self‑motivated, driven and possess good analytical skills as well as able to synthesize data from Common Data Environment /EDMS/Primavera P6 to identify project coordination risks
